Well, we've been waiting a long time for the 404 highway to come up to us and we've heard many dates when it'll be here.  The latest is by the end of 2012.  The ministry of Transportation told members of council on Monday according to the Georgina Advocate.  That will help all property values around here.  How many Towns do you know that have full services including water, sewer, gas, hi speed cable, but no highway!  Not many.  What a great opportunity to buy before the prices increase. 

There is a "Walk for Memories" 10:00 a.m. at the Georgina Ice Palace on Jan. 30, 2010 - it is in support of Alzheimer's.  Please attend if you can.
